BNC SERIES CONNECTORS
Holland Electronics offers a wide range of BNC connectors in both standard and highly specialized custom configurations.
Configurations:
Holland Electronics offers a full range of custom OEM designs and with various styles in both plug and jack configurations. We offer cable mount with either crimp or waterproof compression, using single or multi-piece designs. Our products can accommodate a cable range from RG-179 to LMR 800. We offer both straight & right angle formats. Our PCB mount options include edge-mount, right angle, vertical, chassis, surface-mount, bulkhead, and flange mounts. We also offer inline configurations as well as adapters between series'.
Electrical:
Our connector designs can provide return loss up to 30dB at 3GHz and 25dB up to 4.5 GHz with an insertion loss as low as .1dB up to 2GHz and .3dB up to 4.5 GHz.
Our current line of Broadcast connectors meets or exceeds current broadcast industry specifications.
Mechanical:
We offer 1-piece designs in crimp and compression styles in both standard and mini BNC formats. We create common cable strip designs for easy termination, with a cable retention force on coaxial cables up to 60 lbs.
All 1-piece designed connectors are vibration tested and guarantee conductivity in the harshest environments.
Environmental/Materials:
Our plug and jack BNC connector designs include waterproof, high temperature ( 250ºC) materials for RoHS wave soldering, and use a variety of plastic materials for high frequency use such as Teflon.
Platings range from nickel, tin, niTin, silver, gold, and chromates. Pin materials range from phosphor bronze to beryllium copper.
